Logistics assistant

Administrative assistant

Bekafun is the specialist in sound, lighting, AV, and DJ equipment. We operate both online and in our physical store. To ensure smooth operations, we are looking for a new Bekafunner who can provide administrative support. Are you motivated, precise, and driven? As a key liaison between customers, colleagues, managers, and suppliers, you excel in communication. Can your smile be heard over the phone?

Then we might have a seat for you.

You have a commercial mindset and an interest in our sector. You already have some experience with an ERP system. You are also proficient in French and English. As an administrative assistant, you thrive in a supportive role, and being helpful is one of your superpowers. Handling files, quotes, and invoices brings you joy. Punctuality, meticulous work, and maintaining administrative flow are in your DNA.

Service technician

As a service technician you are responsible for the correct execution of repairs in our workshop and their administrative handling. You join our existing team.
