Explanation Guardian System Vokkero
Vokkero who?
Vokkero is an international company that develops sports technology. They specialize in audio and video solutions for the sports sector and today also for the industrial and audiovisual markets.
They launched Vokkero Guardion in 3 versions, 3 standalone wireless intercom systems. To allow teams in all sectors to collaborate and communicate easily and smoothly.
The Vokkero Guardian Standard for the industry that often deals with noisy environments. Think of the construction sector, the nuclear sector, transport companies, factories, ports, etc. The Vokkero Guardian Plus; specifically for security and security companies such as mine clearance services, government services, fire brigade... And finally the Vokkero Guardian Show specifically for the entertainment sector and live events.
The basis of all three of these systems is the same. For each specific sector, the intercom system has some features that are just as powerful in the sector for which it is designed and can be supplemented with the right headsets.
Each system consists of transmitters/receivers; the so-called beltpaks & an expandable charging station with a built-in interface that they call the configurator. You can further expand this basis of the Guardian systems with a wireless audio interface called; the Wi that makes it possible to add audio programs to the system.
All systems are easy to use because of their simple operation. No central station or antenna required and is literally installed in less than 30 seconds. Furthermore, there is no limit on the number of users and all users can communicate in full duplex.
Setup is as simple as it gets. You dock the Beltpacks in the Configurator (11 hour battery), which you start and configure. Select a preset (Rigging, Live or Studio) and the system can be used.
With the Guardian you can add 3 groups per channel plus a group 0. The users of a group can communicate in full duplex with other users in their group. Group 0 can communicate with all groups or choose one specific group and/or switch.
One beltpack can take on the main function (it is docked first), so when this beltpack communicates the other beltpacks are reduced in decibels and the communication is received in all beltpacks. This way, the producer or head of operations can intervene at any time.
For remote production, a mobile phone can be linked to a Beltpack with Bluetooth using the Wi-Fi so that you can still make contact with the other Beltpacks regardless of the distance.
It is a very simple, reliable and affordable system for allowing teams to communicate with each other.
Specific to the industry, noise reduction is provided in the device. In this way, the voice is isolated by the system and communication can be made clearly, even in noisy environments. Furthermore, an extra group can be added specifically for the Guardian Industry, so 4 groups + group 0.
